The passwords allocated to your company as a JES Subscriber are to be kept confidential to your company and may not be passed on to any third party.

Only the specific offices in your company that have subscribed to JES, are authorised to use the passwords

LIMITED WARRANTY

JBCC (Joint Building Contracts Committee) warrants for a period of 30 days from supply to you, that the JES Service on the Internet on CD ROM or downloaded, is free from defect. 

 Not withstanding the above, the JES is supplied ‘as is’ without any warranty of any kind, express or implied.  The JBCC does not warrant that the operation of JES will be uninterrupted or error free, nor does the organization assume any responsibility or liability whatsoever for any damages suffered as a result of the use of or the inability to use JES.

YOUR RIGHTS

The JBCC  hereby grant the JES Subscriber the right to use the JES Service. Should you cease to be a JES Subscriber, you are obliged to delete the JES Service from any Workstation or Computer in your organisation or any Internet or Intranet Server, and to return any CD ROM diskette to the JBCC.

REMEDY

The above is JBCC's entire liability and the exclusive remedy shall be at the option to replace any CD ROM supplied.
